About us

We teach the part of learning that shapes who you become.

Sticcky Values began with a study of ourselves. We researched why we — as individuals and as families — react the way we do. The questions kept coming:

  • Why do I get irritated so quickly?
  • Why did I shout at my child?
  • Why do I expect so much from others?
  • Why did I assume the worst before asking?
  • Why did losing a job make me feel worthless?
  • Why does pressure at work leave me so overwhelmed?

The answers weren't about willpower. They were about values — the kind we pick up in passing at home or from those around us, but are rarely taught to build, name, or use on purpose. So we built a place to do exactly that.

Neha, Founder

Schools teach maths. Coaching teaches cricket. Almost nobody teaches the inner skills — patience, honesty, courage, letting go — the ones that actually decide how a life goes.

So we built rooms for exactly that. Here's what "a value" looks like in real life:

  • Age 7 Loses a board game and doesn't flip it over. That's self-control.
  • Teen Says "that's not funny" when the group is laughing. That's courage.
  • Founder Ships the work, then stops checking the numbers every hour. That's letting go.
  • New parent Asks for help instead of pretending to cope. That's honesty.
None of this comes from a lecture. It comes from practising — with real stories, honest conversation, and the Bhagavad Gita used as a guide, not a scripture. No preaching · No moralising · Just things that stick
The values we practise

One wheel, many values — always turning.

Honesty, patience, courage, gratitude, resilience — values aren't a checklist you finish. They keep coming around, asking to be practised again in a new situation.

Every session lands on one. Over a program, the whole wheel turns.

Hover the wheel to pause · 12 values, endlessly in motion
Because life isn't taught in schools — let's learn it together.
The Sticcky Values idea
The bigger picture

Values used to be absorbed. Now they have to be built.

These questions aren't ours alone — they're everywhere now. Life got busier, and the everyday time that once passed values down quietly disappeared. Nothing replaced it.

01
Then

Values were caught.

We picked them up by being around people — a child watching a parent, a young worker watching a mentor, a whole family under one roof.

02
Now

The watching stopped.

Screens, commutes and packed calendars replaced that shared time — for kids and grown-ups alike. Nobody stopped caring. The moments to learn from each other just slipped away.

03
Sticcky Values

So we make the space.

A small room, people at the same stage, and time set aside on purpose — a place to build values together, out loud.

And this isn't only for children. It's for every stage of a life.

The same need — at every stage of life

Programs & services

Value learning, for all.

At its heart, Sticcky Values is one thing: learning to live your values, whatever your stage of life. Around that core, we offer focused programs for adults, special courses for children, and custom work for institutions.

Feedback

In their own words.

“My daughter used to melt down every time she lost a game. Last week she lost, sat quiet for a second, and said ‘it's okay, I'll try again.'”

Mother of a 9-year-old

“I joined a few months after my company shut down. I didn't talk much the first two sessions — just listened. But it was the first place I didn't have to pretend I was okay. That mattered more than I can explain.”

Founder, between things right now

“I came in thinking it would be all preaching and shlokas. It wasn't. It was mostly questions I couldn't answer easily — and I've caught myself thinking about them in the middle of meetings.”

Works in tech · joined a bit skeptical

“After my daughter was born I felt like I was failing at something everyone else found easy. Nobody fixed it for me here. They just sat with me in it, and gave me words for what I was feeling. That was enough to start.”

New mum, still figuring it out
Questions

What people ask before signing up.

Is this religious?

No. We use the Bhagavad Gita as a philosophical text — a structured conversation about duty, doubt, and action — the way one might use Stoic writing or a case study. There is no ritual, no worship, and no expectation of belief. People of every faith and none sit in the same room here, and that mix is the point: values like honesty, courage and patience belong to all of us, not to any one tradition. Whatever you believe, you'll find something that speaks to your own life — held alongside timeless stories from many traditions and modern, real-world discussion.

Doesn't my child already learn this at school?

Not really. What schools call moral science or value education is usually a graded subject — right answers to memorise for a test, then move on. Ours has no marks and no correct answer to recite. We ask more reflective questions and then follow up on how children actually applied a value in their week. They argue it out, change their minds, and leave with one real thing to try at home. It's the difference between being told a value and practising one — even with our youngest, from ages four to six.

Is this only for children?

Not at all — that's the biggest misunderstanding about us. We have rooms for teenagers, job seekers, working professionals, founders, parents, new mothers, and more. Adults often get the most out of it, because the questions we sit with — rebuilding after a setback, leading without losing yourself, being patient with the people you love, staying steady when life feels uncertain — don't stop mattering once you grow up. Whatever stage you're at, there's a room shaped for it.

What actually happens in a session?

Four moves, every time: a real situation, an honest struggle with it, a framework to think alongside, and one practice to carry into the week. Live, with a facilitator and a fixed small group.

How big are the groups?

Deliberately small. Groups are kept to a size where everyone gets heard and nobody can hide at the back — close enough to feel safe speaking, big enough for real discussion. You're placed with people at a similar life stage, so the room feels like it's meant for you. Prefer one-on-one? That's available too.

Are sessions online or in person?

Two ways. Online, for live small groups anyone in the world can join. Or on demand, where we build the schedule around your group — useful for schools, company teams, and people on shift work who can't hold a fixed weekly slot.

What do I need to join?

Very little — a phone, tablet or laptop with a camera, a steady internet connection, and a quiet corner where you can speak freely. No apps to buy, no books to read first. We keep cameras on because the room works best when people can see each other.

What languages are sessions held in?

English, Hindi and Bengali to begin with, so you can take part in the language you think and feel most naturally in. More languages are coming soon — tell us your preference when you enquire, and we'll match you to the right room.

How young can a child start?

Four. The youngest track runs in short, play-led blocks — sharing, telling the truth, naming what you feel — because attention at that age is short and values at that age are caught, not taught. There's no upper age limit on our adult tracks.

What if I book a demo and it isn't for me?

That's completely fine — the demo exists precisely so you can find out, with no pressure to continue. We may check in afterwards to hear how you found it, but the choice is always entirely yours. And if you do go ahead, your demo fee is adjusted against the program you choose.

How much time does this take each week?

One session a week — or two, if you'd like to go faster — plus a small practice, usually under ten minutes of reflection. Consistency matters far more than volume here.

Can my school or company run this for a group?

Yes. We build custom modules for classrooms and teams, including facilitator training so your own people can continue running sessions afterwards. Write to us through the enquiry form and we'll send a proposal.
