Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect when you use Sticcky Values, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain and honest.
1. Who we are
Sticcky Values (“Sticcky Values”, “we”, “us”, “our”) offers live, online values and life-skills education for children and adults, worldwide. This policy applies to our website, our sessions, and any related services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run sessions and stay in touch with you. This includes information you give us directly, such as when you enquire, book a demo, or register:
- Your name;
- Email address;
- Phone or WhatsApp number;
- Your country or city;
- The track or program you are interested in;
- For a child’s enrolment: the child’s first name, age, and any notes a parent chooses to share;
- Anything you voluntarily tell us in a message, enquiry, or feedback.
We also receive limited technical information automatically when you visit our website (such as general usage and device information) to help the site work and to understand how it is used.
Cookies
Our website may use small files called cookies to remember your preferences and to understand site usage. You can set your browser to refuse cookies; some parts of the site may then not work as smoothly. We do not store personally identifying information in cookies.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide and schedule your sessions;
- Respond to your enquiries and arrange demos;
- Arrange payment where applicable;
- Send you session links, reminders, and updates you have asked for;
- Improve our sessions and our website.
We may occasionally tell you about programs or events we think will interest you. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message or writing to us at the address below.
4. Session recordings
Sessions may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Where your plan includes it, recordings can be shared with participants for any class they miss. Recordings are made available on a platform for viewing only and cannot be downloaded.
5. Children
Where a child under 18 takes part, we collect their information from the parent or guardian, and we ask for the parent or guardian’s consent first. A parent can, at any time, ask us to stop collecting their child’s information and to delete what we hold. Children do not post information publicly through our Services. If you would like to review, change, or delete a child’s information, write to us at the email below.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to run the Services:
- Facilitators — the details needed to run your session;
- Service providers — trusted tools we use for things like scheduling, messaging, and payments, who may only use the information to help us provide the Services;
- Legal reasons — if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or ourselves;
- Business transfer — if our business is ever reorganised or transferred, information may pass to the new owner along with other assets.
7. Storage and international transfer
Because our sessions are live and worldwide, your information may be stored and processed in countries other than your own, including India, where data protection rules may differ. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please help by keeping your own account details and devices safe.
9. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it (except where we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons). You may also withdraw consent or ask us to stop sending promotional messages. To make any of these requests, write to us at the email below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
10. Links to other sites
Our website or messages may link to sites we do not control (for example, a scheduling or payment page). This policy does not cover those sites; please check their own policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted here, and your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
12. Contact us
For any question about your information or this policy, email us at connect@sticckyvalues.com.
Terms of Use
These terms describe the rules for using Sticcky Values. By using our website or joining our sessions, you agree to them. Please read them, and write to us if anything is unclear.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sticcky Values website, sessions, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Who may use the Services
You may use the Services only if you can form a binding agreement with us and only in line with these Terms and applicable law. When you enquire, book, or register, you agree to give accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. Where a child takes part, a parent or guardian must register and consent on the child’s behalf.
3. Sessions and scheduling
Our sessions are delivered live and online. We aim to run every session as scheduled, but occasionally we may need to reschedule, adjust, or substitute a facilitator or a session for reasons beyond our control. Where this happens, we will give you as much notice as we reasonably can and offer a suitable alternative.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration details and keep your account or contact information current;
- Join sessions on time and create a respectful environment, especially in sessions involving children;
- Use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial learning;
- Not record, copy, redistribute, or resell our sessions or materials without our written permission.
5. Our content
All materials we provide — session content, worksheets, stories, decks, and the design of our website — belong to Sticcky Values or the people we license them from. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to use them for your own learning only. You do not gain any ownership of our intellectual property by using the Services.
6. Your content and feedback
If you share content with us — a message, a testimonial, a photo, or feedback — you give us permission to use it to provide and improve the Services, and, where you have clearly agreed, in our communications. We may remove content that we believe breaks these Terms. Any suggestions you send us may be used without obligation or payment.
7. Payments
You are responsible for paying any fees for the Services, plus applicable taxes, using the payment method we specify. Fees may vary by region and may change over time; any change takes effect when posted. Refunds, where available, are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Third-party tools
We use trusted third-party tools for things like video sessions, scheduling, messaging, and payments. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their use is governed by their own terms and policies.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise any particular outcome or result from taking part. You use the Services at your own discretion and risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sticcky Values will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Where we are found liable, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service that is the subject of the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to hold Sticcky Values harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of others.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revisions take effect when posted here. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

Refund Policy
We want your decision to feel secure. This policy sets out, clearly and fairly, when a refund does and does not apply.
The demo fee is non-refundable, but it is 100% adjusted against your program fees if you register. Once you enrol in a program, fees are non-refundable — with one exception: our Journey program, which carries a limited refund window described below.
1. The demo fee
The demo fee is a small token to confirm your seat for a sample session. It is non-refundable. If you go on to register for a program, the full demo fee is adjusted against your program fees — so nothing is lost. If you choose not to continue, the demo fee is not returned, as it covers the reserved session.
2. After you enrol
Once you enrol in a program, the program fee is non-refundable, except as described for the Journey program below. We encourage you to take a demo first, ask questions, and be sure the program is right for you before enrolling.
3. The Journey program — refund window
Our longest program, Journey, is the one exception. Because it is a longer commitment, we offer a limited, pro-rated refund on it under the following terms:
- Pro-rated: you pay only for the sessions already delivered up to the date of your request;
- Refund window: a refund may be requested within 30 days of the date of enrolment;
- Deductions: a reasonable operational and payment-processing deduction, plus any applicable taxes, may be applied to the refundable amount;
- Materials: any physical materials provided must be returned unused and in their original condition;
- Processing: approved refunds are completed within 14 business days, to the original payment method.
Programs other than Journey are not eligible for a refund, in part or in full, once enrolment is confirmed.
4. Switching instead of refunding
If a program isn’t the right fit, you may prefer to transfer your balance to another Sticcky Values program of equivalent value rather than request a refund. We’re happy to suggest an alternative that suits you better — just ask.
5. A few important notes
- Sessions attended: a session counts as delivered once it has taken place, or if it is missed without prior notice;
- Discounts and credits: any promotional discounts or credits applied at checkout are not refundable;
- Refund method: refunds are returned to the original payment method;
- Policy version: the version of this policy in effect at the time of your enrolment applies to your request.
6. How to request a refund (Journey program)
To request a refund for the Journey program within the eligible window, email us at connect@sticckyvalues.com with your registered details and a brief reason. We will acknowledge your request within two business days and guide you through the next steps.
7. Acknowledgment
We encourage you to read this policy before paying. Making a payment confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always posted here.
